John William Ross Massie - Partner
Introduction
Mr. John Massie is a partner at our law firm, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in the legal field. Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1982 and in Hong Kong in the same year, Mr. Massie has been in private practice in Hong Kong ever since and from 1986 onward, Mr. Massie has been in practice as a principal/partner in his own law firm in Hong Kong
His main area of practice is litigation and dispute resolution including civil, family, judicial review, regulatory, Insurance and Personal Injury, and criminal cases. He has extensive experience as an advocate in the Magistrates’ Court, District Court, and the High Court. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
He also has extensive experience in immigration cases and a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters including wills and probate.
