John Leung – Associate
Introduction
Mr. John Leung was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2011. Mr. Leung has been in our firm since 2017. Mr. Leung has extensive experience in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, IPOs, civil litigation, commercial litigation, and disciplinary proceedings. Notably, Mr. Leung is the handler for our firm’s client who is a defendant in an action brought before the Competition Tribunal by the Competition Commission in 2023.
Mr. Leung is flexible and his experience allows him to navigate complex issues faced by the client, both contentious and non-contentious.
